What's up, I’m Morgan! I created Coach Morgan (the biz) because I believe in making fitness enjoyable and realistic for ALL women.
I grew up in central Kentucky and started my first job at 15 years old, which then turned into my career as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. I started my fitness journey for the same reasons as you are - I didn’t like my body, I was lacking self-confidence and self-esteem and constantly thought others were looking at my ‘thunder thighs’ or my extra fat around my belly.
I tried diet after diet - for years! I tried eating healthy foods, exercising, drinking more water, cutting carbs, eating as little as I could (then binging), you name it. I spent hours in the gym and even more hours running down the backroads at 5am. I know how it feels to give it your all and still not be happy with the outcome.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from University of Kentucky, and went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I dove head-first into coaching in 2016, and I have evolved my services alongside my clients ever since. What started as a surface-level fitness coaching hobby has transformed into my biggest passion. My mentorship and the resources I provide have transformed over 1,400 lives, and I truly believe in using my leadership and experience to empower more women to go after their goals, and live out the life they deserve.

My name is Tara! I’ve been in the fitness industry since about 2014. My gym-journey started after suffering a severe knee injury that led me to quit all of my sports. I soon fell in love with bodybuilding and competed many times at the national and international level, placing in the top 3!
I have a Bachlor’s Degree in Biology, and am also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, so I love combining a scientific approach with the more holistic approve to get my client’s their desired result!
I am here to motivate, push, support, and educate you on how you can reach your goals in a sustainable way while enjoying the journey!

Hey Beautiful! I'm Brittany. I've been in the fitness game over a decade. I'm a wife, momma, coach, ISSA elite personal trainer, and many other things. My journey hasn't been easy, but it's something I'm so proud of. I've been "too small" "too big" and everything in between before finding my balance. If you're wondering if you're "too complicated", I promise you're not. One thing about me, if there's a problem, I won't stop until I solve it.
I love a good root cause approach! Busy life? me too! I spent years working multiple jobs while single momming in college. Hormonal issues? Yea girl. Been there, done that, not a great time but there is a light at the end of that tunnel. Hormones , Gut Health.... really just overall health in general and managing busy lifestyles are my bread and butter. I know it's not always easy, and promise to be beside you every step of the way!
My goal is to get you mentally and physically to a place where you genuinely feel happy, healthy, and able to live the life of your dreams!

Hey hey! It's Kaylee here. I started my fitness journey like every other person, not knowing what I was doing - bad eating habits and constantly in a binge cycle. I fell in love with bodybuilding and realize just how much weight lifting pushed me outside of my comfort zone, causing me to grow as an individual. I truly found my love for fitness after having my daughter, Ariya. She really pushed me to be a better individual every single day inside and out. With her eyes always watching me to learn how to live her life, I constantly ask myself, "Do I want my daughter to do this?" I've found my discipline for fitness since becoming a single mom and navigating how to take care of myself while having her little eyes watching my every move. Not only do I need to take care of my own body, but I need to show her how to prioritize herself and her body, too!
It is an amazing feeling to be able to guide other women to become their out most self. It brings me the most joy to help other women learn just how strong they are and learn to be more confident in themselves! No one wants to look in the mirror and hate the reflection every single day - you deserve more than that, everyone does! I now have the opportunity to guide others to grow and discover the power you have over your own life. There truly is nothing like watching a woman grow into their true potential.

I lost 60 lbs and completely changed my life through fitness. It wasn’t always easy, but it was the most empowering thing I’ve ever done and it led me to discover a version of myself I didn’t even know existed.
Since then, I’ve run three marathons, fallen in love with lifting, and now I get to coach women every day as they step into their strongest, most confident selves. I’m a certified nutrition coach, and I currently teach spin and Pilates. What truly lights me up is seeing women build confidence they didn’t know they had. That's why I do what I do. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I’ve been there!! And I’m here to help you every step of the way.

Through my early 20s, I was stuck in a binge–restrict cycle—closet eating, hiding, and carrying so much shame. It wasn’t until I was given the right tools, guidance, and support that I finally broke free from the all-or-nothing mindset and discovered the real magic of fitness: it’s not just about changing your body, but it's about transforming your life. Now? My mission is to help you do the same.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Physical Education and my degree in teaching because I’m obsessed with helping people learn, grow, and thrive. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a coach, you’re getting someone who will be in your corner every single step of the way, cheering you on and equipping you with tools that actually work for your busy life.
